SHAHNAZ INTERIORS (M) Sdn. Bhd. are looking for an experienced Sales Designer ( Interior Renovations) for Residential sectors with a well proven track record in Sales closings independently. Your Role

Site/Project Management Works

• Manage Site measurements with the team ( if necessary)
• Project coordination and Site Management (to guide sub cons on fit-outs and to avoid errors)
• Paperwork to submit claims ( progress claims) to Accounts Department
• Monitor Daily Report / Site Diary / Site Photos done by Site Supervisor
• Maintain CPM ( Scheduling for Construction and submission to client )
• Deliver projects before dateline, to avoid penalties and minimize defects below 3%

Specification (BQ) and Project Costing

• Supplier sourcing, deal with suppliers to get quotes / costing
• Research for new suppliers to find better quotes
• Negotiate with better price with suppliers
• Come up with Bill of Quantity & Quotations for Sales Team
• Procurement process and documentation

Other Tasks

• Presentation with client/JKR along with the Sales Team
• Preparation of Project Working Drawings for Interior Works and documentation for tender process (ready to for call for contractors bid)
• Fill up tender on behalf of company participating as contractor in Government/Private sector tender.
• The person should be a go getter, interested in all the elements of the industry, should be presentable, well spoken, and not be a clock watcher, should not be a job hopper. This opportunity is for a person who wants to make a career in the industry and wants to grow with us.
• Person should preferably be mobile, should not have a problem with visiting sites, or the factory when comes to project monitoring process.
