Job summary

A leading technology firm in Malaysia is looking for a professional to manage technical data within IFS. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in IT and has at least 1 year of experience in technical data management, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Key responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting IFS issues, and crafting related work instructions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on data integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in technical data management or IT development, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and reliability of technical data in IFS.
• Create Part Catalog and Inventory Part in IFS.
• Prepare BOM and activities for flexibles, DRAPS, end fittings, etc.
• Troubleshoot IFS issues and maintain data integrity.
• Upload project documents to EDMS (OpenText).
• Write procedures and work instructions related to technical data management.
