About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Production Planning & Engineering Assistant to support the maintenance and optimization of our key manufacturing equipment—stamping presses and injection molding machines. In this hands‑on role, you will be instrumental in ensuring machine reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Setup

  • Assist with the setup, calibration, and routine maintenance of stamping presses and injection molding machines.
  • Conduct daily inspections to detect early signs of wear, leaks, or mechanical misalignment.
  • Ensure proper lubrication and functionality of hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Clean and maintain molds, dies, and tooling to uphold product quality.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records, including repair logs and parts replacements.

Production & Engineering Support

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities in line with production demands.
  • Monitor machine performance and report inefficiencies or technical deviations.
  • Support optimization of machine settings and production processes to enhance efficiency and output.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and service activities.
  • Prepare performance reports highlighting maintenance trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience maintaining stamping presses or injection molding machines in a manufacturing setting.
  • Multiple positions available for new factory; fresh graduates highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with machine calibration, lubrication, and troubleshooting techniques.
