- Todevelopadeepunderstandingofthecustomer’stechnicalandbusinesschallenges,andprovidetechnicalconsultingtoidentifysuitablesolutionstoaddresstheirbusinessneed.
- Toleadrequirementandotherdiscussionswiththecustomerandofferhighquality,highvaluesolutionconsultancy.
- Toserveasaknowledgehubforinternalproductmanagementandtechnicalteamstobetterunderstandthecustomeroperationsandbusinessneeds.
- Toensurecustomertechnical,productandbusinessrequirementsarequalified,scopedanddocumentedfortheShijiPlatformteams,andfor3rdpartyintegrationsprojectswhennecessary.
- TorepresentqualifiedcustomerbusinessplanstotheShijiPlatformmanagementforinclusionindevelopmentplansandstrategicalignment.
- Tolead&coordinateproductupdateandmarketingeffortsviameetings,presentationsandworkshops.
- Toprovideregularupdatetointernalandcustomerseniormanagement.
- ToworkcloselywithShijiprogrammeandprojectmanagerstodevelopprojectplanswithcustomersandeffectivelycommunicatearoundtheseplanstheprogressofdevelopment,deliveryandimplementation.

Qualifications
- 7plusyears’experienceinthehospitalitytechnologyindustry,withexperienceengagingwiththeexecutivelevel.
- Bachelor’sdegreeinarelatedfieldoramaster’sdegreeinhospitalitymanagementaplus.
- Swiftlearner.Abilitytoquicklypickupproduct&technicalknowledgeandeffectivelyexplaintobusinessusersisessential.
- Abilitytothriveunderpressureisessential.
