  • Todevelopadeepunderstandingofthecustomer’stechnicalandbusinesschallenges,andprovidetechnicalconsultingtoidentifysuitablesolutionstoaddresstheirbusinessneed.
  • Toleadrequirementandotherdiscussionswiththecustomerandofferhighquality,highvaluesolutionconsultancy.
  • Toserveasaknowledgehubforinternalproductmanagementandtechnicalteamstobetterunderstandthecustomeroperationsandbusinessneeds.
  • Toensurecustomertechnical,productandbusinessrequirementsarequalified,scopedanddocumentedfortheShijiPlatformteams,andfor3rdpartyintegrationsprojectswhennecessary.
  • TorepresentqualifiedcustomerbusinessplanstotheShijiPlatformmanagementforinclusionindevelopmentplansandstrategicalignment.
  • Tolead&coordinateproductupdateandmarketingeffortsviameetings,presentationsandworkshops.
  • Toprovideregularupdatetointernalandcustomerseniormanagement.

Qualifications
