Job Description
  • Provide the proximity support and technical assistance for incidents relating to computer and printer hardware/software, virtual and onsite conferences to the Global Service Centre and WR Malaysia office
  • Ensure the smooth running of the virtual and onsite conferences, audio/video services through providing necessary support on scheduling, operating, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
  • Install, maintain, and deliver all end-user devices including computers, mobile devices.
  • Develop and maintain system documentations in the areas under the Deployment and Support.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of computer hardware, Windows 10 and related user support
  • In-depth knowledge of all Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Good knowledge of Virtual meetings tools and platforms, audio, and video conference technologies
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills, eye for details and accuracy.
  • Team-player with coordination skills in managing various types of stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and outstanding communication skills.
