Team Managers in this role get to:

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales with sales as the main KPI.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to lead improvements and resolve issues.
  • Efficient time management skills to handle multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of metrics, their measurement, thresholds, targets, and process owners.
  • A proactive attitude towards developing trust and rapport with employees and team members; ability to be a team player.
