Job description
  • Manage and lead a Loan Administration and Payments team, ensuring efficient daily operations and equitable task distribution.
  • Conduct internal reviews to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including completing regional regulatory reports in line with requirements.
  • Oversee accurate, timely, and efficient processing within authorized limits.
  • Maintain expertise in Loan Administration and Payment processes, policies, and industry standards, adapting to any changes.
  • Guide, motivate, and develop team members to meet performance expectations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including SLA adherence, process efficiency, accuracy, and productivity levels.
  • Regularly assess team and individual performance, providing strategies, support, and guidance to achieve objectives.
  • Identify, mitigate, and elevate operational risks and technical issues, while initiating process improvements to enhance controls, productivity, and service.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary resources, knowledge, and skills to perform effectively.
  • Participate in system testing to align with global strategies and business requirements.
  • Provide regular transaction and performance analysis to the Head of Department and other relevant units.
  • Support management in organizational initiatives, risk management, and operational enhancements.
Key Objectives
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance in all activities.

  • Foster a motivated, knowledgeable, and well-equipped team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, controls, and service delivery.
  • Managing a group of team members working for Loan Administration & Payments.
  • In-depth and up to date strong knowledge of Loan Administration and Payments, governing rules and any other related policies that may come into effect from time to time, industry standard, internal bank policies, local and international landscape.
  • From Banking/Shared services
  • At least 5-10 years of working experience in Loan Administration and in managing a team.
  • Possesses a degree / diploma / tertiary education
  • Advance knowledge of Loan Administration, Market Operations and Securities environment is needed.
  • Flexible and able to work night shift to support the US market (New York hours) 9.00PM-6.00AM Daylight Savings: 10.00pm - 7.00am
  • Experience with Loan IQ system, Summit, Oracle OBI, MS Office Suite, Easy Match, IMS, jGPS, Phoenix, Broadridge and Fedwire.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
