Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in similar role
- Strong communication including writing reports and presenting
- Time management and planning
- Strong problem solving
- Work as part of a team and individually
- Warehouse management / planner background is beneficial
Language Skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.

Responsibility
JOB SUMMARY (Role in Organisation Structure, how does this job achieve Company Policies/Div/Dept Strategies?)
To run the administration and operation work of the Inventory Management
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Teraoka and Profit System
- To do planning ordering raw and packaging material base on weekly and daily ordering from store using profit
- To communicate with supplier for any delay and change of ordering.
- To check and confirm material deliver that already plan sent by supplier.
- To learn the various procedure/time needed for ordering.
- To key in IDT & MRF if any.
- To key in manual GTN to profit if have urgent request from store or merchandiser
- To key in ordering weekly in profit (Check by daily basis order from store and add in ordering if necessary.)
- To key in teraoka recipe master time to time when receive new or revise SOP from merchandiser
2. Planning
- Determining raw and packaging materials needed to cover production and store demand
- Responsible to plan earlier material for festive season to ensure no shortage material
- Planning monthly duty roaster for subordinates
- Plan production usage of raw material and packaging material on daily basis follow order store base on teraoka system
- Responsible to plan monthly stock take accordingly (backroom arrangement, counter arrangement, material scanning sheet etc)
3. Backroom Management
- Responsible to plan and arrange backroom follow allergen procedure
- To ensure FEFO / FIFO raw & packaging material been practice and implement.
- Stock take been plan and monitor by monthly basis
- Material Turn Over Days (TOD) been monitor and ensure within Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Responsible all waste been recorded and throw at designated area. (Food, Non Food, Carton, Plastic)
- Layout backroom been revise and improve to ensure material arrangement can be manage with rapid increase of SKU and volume
- To update and highlight slow moving item for Delica, Sushi, Bakery and Dessert section.
- To ensure frozen material need to be thawing been plan and execute on daily basis.
4. Document
- To prepare document for sorting material (production and store) by daily basis
- To prepare checklist for cleaning by monthly basis
- To prepare checklist for temperature by monthly basis
- To prepare all document needed to smooth IPM operation.
- To compile all document accordingly
5. SAP System
- To ensure subordinate roster been plan
- Any amendment roster must change and submit to superior.
- To ensure roster subordinate been plan earlier during festive season especially during Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Hari Raya Aidiladha
6. R&D
- To liaising with all section to sourcing new material
- To liaising with all section to sourcing material to minimize production job task
- To liaising with supplier to sourcing new material
- To register new material and goods at profit system
7. Others
- Liaising with all section leader to ensure production and MMD team well understand planning arrangement.
- Problem solving attitude to reduce and eliminate issue happen day to day basis
- To check cleaning raw material room and walkway by daily and weekly basis
- To check backroom temperature every 4 hour. To report to facility department if abnormal temperature.
- To check and submit daily shortage report.
- To check PROTAC and variance report and determine the losses.
- Carry out any other task / assignment given by superior from time to time
