A leading international hotel in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Team Leader for Information Systems. The role involves overseeing department operations in line with corporate strategies, ensuring a high level of service for guests and owners. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology alongside 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel chain. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and a focus on enhancing information systems capabilities.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Information Systems is responsible to ensure the normal operation of hotel information systems, driving efforts to improve the return on information systems investment, and actively promote the upgrading of the hotel overall information systems capability.
