Job Description

• Collaborate with a Shift Supervisor to ensure workers are efficient.
• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts.
• Responsibilities include resolving conflicts and checking equipment.
• Schedule employee shifts and assign duties.
• Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences.
• Train and coach new employees.
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Address customer and employee complaints.
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or higher in related field.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
