We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team at EFFECTIVE RISK MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD'. In this full-time role, you will be based in Subang Jaya, Selangor and lead a team of Sales Representatives/Consultants to drive business growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Manage and motivate a team of Sales Representatives/Consultants to achieve their individual and team sales targets.

Provide coaching, training and mentorship to team members to continuously improve their sales skills and performance.

Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders.
