Job description

Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring an even and efficient distribution of work.

Ensure the team meets or exceeds daily production schedules, output, and efficiency goals.

Troubleshoot production issues, machine malfunctions, and material shortages in real-time.

Ensure products meet all quality specifications to reduce waste and lower costs.

Monitor raw material and component levels to ensure a continuous flow of materials to the line.

Complete and maintain accurate production reports, timekeeping records, shift logs, and equipment checklists.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or a related field is often preferred.

Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.
