CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are seeking a candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field, and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in financial coordination or basic bookkeeping, with comfort in accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Excellent professional communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential financial and business information.

  • Financial Coordination: Act as the primary internal liaison with our external accounting partner, managing daily bookkeeping, ensuring accurate AR/AP tracking, and maintaining robust financial oversight.
