About The Role

Responsible for sourcing talent across multiple channels and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, with a strong focus on ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Job Description
Talent Sourcing
  • Support recruiters to source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates according to role requirements
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' experience, and cultural fit
Talent Onboarding
  • Coordinate pre‑onboarding activities by liaising with hiring managers, recruiters, IT, and facilities teams to ensure timely completion of all preparations.
  • Facilitate Day 1 onboarding sessions, guiding new hires through required tasks and processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and audit recruitment data accuracy input by recruiters, for compliance purpose
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with HR Business Partners, Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to provide assistance with recruiting needs.
Administrative & Operations Support
  • Manage recruitment‑related administrative tasks, including offer letter stamping, invoice payment and third‑party vendor management system
