Our Learning & Development business unit known as Heroes Training Academy (HTA) is looking at revamping our training capabilities with new training approaches, improved contents, and qualified trainers with a vision of making JurisTech HTA the best in the world.
We are looking for someone with the heart for grooming, training, imparting knowledge, and growing heroes in JurisTech and iMoney.
Work closely with the HTA team in developing, implementing, and reviewing learning approaches and/or programmes to maximise and unleash our employees’ potential to stay competitive in the marketplace for the current, future growth, and success of the company.
To fulfill your purpose, your role will require you to:
- Co-champion the onboarding experience for all staff;
- Assist in designing and developing various instructional methods and techniques to facilitate training materials to meet organisation’s needs, including but not limited to:
- Online/automated training, with self-pace option.
- Online/classroom simulation-based training (to reflect actual project environments) training.
- Review training syllabi, content effectiveness, and evaluation of both JurisTech’s trainers and trainees;
- Alongside the HTA Team, collaborate with other Business Units Leaders to identify, groom and develop a pool of training specialists for various fields and capabilities;
- Conduct research and recommend best practice methods, techniques, and tools for the development of programmes that will bring a high impact to the business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- We would prefer candidates possessing at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or Certificate in Education, Training/HR, Psychology, or related courses.
- However, we are more focused on you:
- Being an excellent communicator. You have been told that you are quick to understand the needs of customers, stakeholders and/or team members and able to articulate those needs in a clear and concise manner not only verbally but also in written form (English language is essential).
- Being able to demonstrate good project management skills in your previous roles. Your colleagues find you reliable in how you manage time, prioritize work, and deliver according to deadlines while not compromising accuracy and detail.
- Adept in utilising Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and as a bonus: Visio.
- Bonus: Familiar with graphic and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro etc.
- Bonus: A strong knowledge of relevant subject areas that will enable contribution of value in creating structured learning programmes; at least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
