Role
The Talent Attraction Specialist is responsible for end-to-end hiring for all Enterprise/B2B Sales roles. This includes fast, accurate sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidates, and ensuring roles are closed quickly to support the business in achieving revenue targets. This is an execution‑driven role ideal for fresh graduates or junior recruiters who can move fast, manage multiple vacancies at once, and work closely with Sales leaders.
Key Accountabilities
End‑to‑End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Enterprise/B2B Sales roles such as Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Corporate Sales Executives, Solution Sales, and Pre‑Sales support.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability based on experience, confidence, communication, and selling ability.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback loops with hiring managers.
- Prepare candidate evaluation summaries and recommend shortlisted candidates.
Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, JobStreet, job boards, and referrals.
- Drive volume sourcing for urgent and recurring enterprise roles.
- Engage candidates promptly to maintain interest throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up regularly with all active candidates to avoid drop‑offs, delays, or no‑shows.
Offer & Onboarding Coordination
- Support offer discussions with candidates and ensure all documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for onboarding requirements and start dates.
- Ensure smooth handover to hiring managers and HR operations teams.
Recruitment Operations
- Update recruitment trackers, candidate notes, and the People@U system accurately.
- Prepare weekly hiring status updates for the TA Lead and Sales stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SOPs and approval processes.
- Maintain a clean and organised pipeline for active and closed roles.
Execution & Speed
- Prioritise urgent, revenue‑impacting roles and work with a sense of urgency.
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously without compromising candidate quality.
- Ensure all shortlisted CVs and interview arrangements are completed within committed timelines.
About You
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related fields.
- Fresh graduates OR 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, inside sales, or customer‑facing work.
- Experience hiring sales roles or working with B2B talent is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to join on a contract basis.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking to sales candidates.
- Ability to manage high‑volume roles and move quickly.
- Organised, structured, and disciplined in follow‑ups and documentation.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic Excel/Sheets and familiarity with LinkedIn/JobStreet.
