DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Solarvest, you will be instrumental in driving our recruitment strategy and enhancing our talent acquisition processes. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure we attract the best candidates in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and track hiring metrics.
- Manage external relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Solarvest as an attractive workplace.
- Assist in implementing employee referral programs and recruitment marketing strategies.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the renewable energy or related sectors.
- Strong background in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under deadlines.
- Passion for sustainable practices and renewable energy.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are desirable.
