We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and execute the company’s recruitment efforts and strategic talent pipeline. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-up. You will also help build talent pools, optimize hiring processes, and enhance employer branding to attract top-quality candidates and support the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect hiring requirements, post job openings, and screen candidates for various departments.
  • Coordinate interviews, participate in candidate evaluations, and provide recommendations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
  • Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, familiar with various sourcing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to independently drive recruitment efforts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic data analysis skills are a plus.
