We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. If you enjoy connecting with people, managing full-cycle recruitment, and bringing creative ideas to employer branding – this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build strong pipelines.
  • Drive employer branding activities across social media and career events.
  • Use ATS (Moka HR) and digital tools to manage and optimise recruitment processes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders for a smooth hiring experience.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment (2–3 years).
  • Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Proficient in ATS and HR systems; organized and able to manage multiple roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative with fresh ideas for employer branding and talent engagement.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
  • People-oriented, caring, and approachable.
  • Strong listener with good problem‑solving skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and professional.
  • Can‑Do mindset with proactive attitude.
