A leading beverage company in Malaysia is looking for a recruitment officer responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for non-executive roles and internships. You will need to build strong relationships with hiring managers and conduct onboarding programs. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with a creative mindset for recruitment marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This role may require travel for University Relations activities.
Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment focus to non-executive level, internship and administration functions which include manpower sourcing & manpower planning.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and fully immerse in their businesses, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs are achieved.
Conduct new hire orientation/on boarding program for Officer level and below only.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Keeping hiring managers informed and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
Support TA team on University Relations activities.
Partner with TA team on recruitment marketing and branding and develop creative strategies to enhance employer brand awareness as involving in recruitment campaigns, referral program and recruitment postings through social media & job portal platforms (e.g: LinkedIn).
