A retail company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate has strong people skills, experience in recruitment, and is proactive and organized. Familiar with recruitment tools, sourcing channels, and interview assessment methods.
Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys networking with people.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews.
Proactively source talents through social media, LinkedIn, job platforms, and talent networks.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Design interview questions and assess candidates for skill and culture fit.
Collaborate closely with management to understand hiring needs and provide hiring insights.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training schedules.
Follow up with new employees during the first month to ensure smooth integration.
