As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will develop talent channels for current and future hiring needs. You will also build strategic relationships with key leaders and other teams across our complex business. Principal Accountabilities / Scope
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment.
- Work directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide advice throughout the recruitment process.
- Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers to develop a strategy to fill all open positions in a timely manner. Ensure clear mutual understanding of hiring priorities and practical constraints. Guide the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed.
- Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search.
- Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that accurately reflect responsibilities and qualifications appropriate for the position.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for critical IT/Tech roles to support current and future hiring needs.
- Post advertisements on various recruitment platforms, company websites, networks, etc.
- Use multiple sourcing channels and collaborate closely with HO/Offshore Recruitment teams to deliver results.
- Screen/review online applications evaluating factors. Develop a shortlist of potential candidates for hiring managers.
- Present fully screened, qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. Review candidate qualifications with hiring managers. Facilitate applicant interviews (in person and/or virtually).
- Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with hiring managers. Provide candidates with feedback on interview results.
- Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and collaborate with functional leaders to deliver an engaging and informative new hire experience.
- Provide weekly recruitment reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in searching for candidates.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-growing environments, preferably within fintech, technology or similar industries.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement orientation.
- Adaptability and innovation focus on implementing creative solutions in a dynamic environment.
