Job description
End‑to‑End Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers across the region to define job requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.
Multi‑Country Hiring Management
  • Lead recruitment activities for Malaysia, Singapore, USA and Europe for both technical and non‑technical roles.
  • Coordinate with country leaders to understand market‑specific requirements and ensure compliance with local labor practices.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, talent communities).
  • Build long‑term relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies across all four countries.
Employer Branding
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness in key markets.
  • Ensure consistent messaging in recruitment campaigns, job postings, and candidate communication.
Selection & Assessment
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Recommend candidates to hiring managers with clear evaluation reports and insights.
Recruitment Operations
  • Maintain accurate hiring records, dashboards, and metrics to track recruitment performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with local labour regulations in each country.
  • Coordinate offer letters, contract preparations, and onboarding arrangements with the People Operations teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with regional HR and business leaders to provide regular hiring updates.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategy.
