Talent Acquisition and Retention Executives

Your Physio Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition and Retention personnel to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resources department, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our dynamic company.

What you'll be doing

1. University Relationship Management : Maintain strong connections with universities & academies to secure a consistent talent pipeline

Coordinate campus engagement, career fairs, internship programs

Liaise with lecturers, placement officers & student leaders

Share our talent needs regularly with universities

Plan and execute campus recruitment activities

2. Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing

Maintain job postings, career portals, and talent databases

Conduct reference checks and prepare offer documentation

Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning

3. External Talent Pipeline Tracking

Manage and update candidate pipeline, interview status, and onboarding readiness

Create visual dashboards for monthly review (Lark, Sheets, or other tools)

Track and follow up with candidates on interview dates, documentation & decisions

Provide monthly insights: talent availability, bottlenecks, and hiring forecasts

4. Talent Retention Support

Assist Chief Physiotherapy Officer ("CPO") in coordinating meetings with existing physiotherapists

Organise performance reviews, development discussions & skill audits

Track follow-up actions from performance reviews

Identify early warning signs: turnover risk, morale, engagement levels

5. HR Coordination & Documentation

Maintain organised employee records and training logs

Prepare recruitment & retention reports for management

Support onboarding & orientation of new hires

Contribute to improving HR SOPs and recruitment workflows
