T&T Consultant - Artificial Intelligence & Data - TH

Location: Bangkok, TH

Your role as a leader:

You will lead initiatives that have significant impact on the data, systems, and processes of clients across Southeast Asia. The goal is to design, plan and implement efficient, automated, and scalable solutions that enable staff to add business value and generate insights.

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Databricks to support large‑scale data processing and analytics.
• Build and maintain batch and stream ETL/ELT workflows for structured and semi‑structured data using Databricks and Azure services.
• Establish integration between on‑prem platforms and Azure storage for incremental copying.
• Develop efficient, reusable, and version‑controlled Databricks notebooks and workflows.
• Implement data transformation, cleansing, and validation logic to ensure data accuracy.
• Design and manage curated data layers supporting reporting and advanced analytics.
• Establish data quality, lineage, and governance practices across the Databricks platform.
• Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, and data scientists to deliver analytical datasets.
• Leverage SQL/Spark for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Apply strong problem‑solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues in data pipelines and workflows.
• Migrate reports from traditional databases to the Databricks environment with optimized schemas, then validate the data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and alignment with business objectives.
• Implement DevOps practices such as CI/CD automation and version control to streamline deployment and management of Databricks workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in solution design, architecture, and development for enterprise‑level projects.
• Experience managing the full development lifecycle, designing enterprise software, and defining solution architectures.
• Proficiency in service‑oriented architecture, layered architectures, components, interfaces, and messaging patterns.
• Designing and integrating applications and SaaS solutions using cloud service providers such as Microsoft Azure (including Power BI and Tableau).
• Experience supporting BI services, data warehouses, ETL processes, and databases.
• End‑to‑end integration experience in hybrid cloud models.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to build rapport with all levels of customers.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience working closely with application development and testing teams to support data ETL build and project activities, especially on data and ETL platforms.
• Release management experience (strong in Git) and Azure Control M.

Good to have:

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Experience as a Cloud Systems Engineer, Customer Solutions Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Data Architect, or Cloud/SaaS Software Developer.
