Requirements

• 2 to 5 years PQE Singapore qualified lawyer preferably with relevant experience in handling general corporate, commercial, and fund matters including but not limited to corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and fund documentation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Possessed excellent drafting, communication and IT skills.
• Able to work independently and together as a team.
• Meticulous, driven, able to work under pressure, well organized and takes initiative.
