Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with a strong background in operational management and change facilitation. This role involves strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and performance governance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in operations, transformation, or program management.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs.
• Track KPIs, risks, and progress, reporting to senior leadership.
