Job description

• To solve problems on Networks, Operating Systems, Storage, Security and Servers.
• You’ll work and learn with our engineers and technology principals to implement and support our core Product Technologies like Cisco, Symantec, Veritas, Netapp, Quantum, Unix technologies for network & security products.
• Installation, configuration, integration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for assigned projects and jobs
• Analyses, Modifies, and/or designs for solutions across mainframe, midrange, client
• Certified for new and existing vendor software; provides installation, maintenance and customization of vendor software as required
• Multi-task and effectively solve problems in a dynamic customer environment with minimal supervision.
• Individual must be open to traveling to clients sites nationwide when required.
