Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Focus on systems and solutions implementation during project phases and after sales support.
• Liaise closely with Pre-Sales and Project Management team during project implementation.
• Keep track and update on system architecture design and information during project, upgrade and maintenance.
• Support and work closely with Helpdesk and Technical team for after sales support.
• Understand, test and contribute to technical support team in hardware parameter setting, software configuration and its application.
• Perform technical fault finding and rectification related to software and system application.
• Build good connection and communicate with principal to report and solve technical related problem with software and hardware.
• Conduct, plan and organize product training to technical and helpdesk support team.
• Complete any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess minimum Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.
• Willing to work extra time, public holiday and weekend whenever necessary.
• Good in Microsoft Office and Operating System.
• Must be self-motivated and self-initiative.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation from time to time.
• Candidates is compulsory to have knowledge and working experience in ELV Systems, CCTV Systems or Access Control.
• Knowledge in database engines such as MYSQL, SQL Server and other database application is an added advantage.
