Job summary

A leading marine and heavy engineering firm in Johor is seeking a Sustainability Executive to execute sustainability programs aligned with corporate goals. This role involves monitoring and promoting resource efficiency and green innovations across operations. Applicants should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in GHG management. The position offers a fixed-term contract of 12 months and is pivotal in fostering a culture of sustainability at the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in GHG accounting & management.
• Understanding of Scope 1, 2 and 3 in GHG management.
• Capable of managing and executing internal and external environmental & sustainability programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Environmental Management activities for the year.
• Monitor green initiatives and compile sustainability reports.
• Manage in-house recycling collection hub and maintain records.
