Our multifaceted work places a strong emphasis on policy advocacy and strategic engagement to shape the industry's direction. We drive progress by developing and implementing forward-thinking industry initiatives, while also providing essential support through training, business facilitation and knowledge sharing to empower our members in a competitive global landscape.

  2. Facilitate collaboration by liaising with government agencies, industry members and NGO partners. Organise meetings, prepare briefings and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable project support and clear documentation.
  3. Develop engaging content to promote sustainability initiatives. Create social media visuals, presentation materials and assist with event communications, using tools like Canva.
  4. Assist in drafting project proposals, reports and official correspondence. Conduct research and compile data to support the association’s sustainability agenda and policy discussions.
Who We Are Looking For
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in project coordination, sustainability, ESG or environmental management.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, deliverables and reporting with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive, energetic and confident in engaging and building professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and industry representatives.
  • Proficient in creating basic visual and written content; hands‑on experience with Canva or similar design tools is advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
  1. Monthly Salary: RM3,800 - RM4,500 (Negotiable)
  2. EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions
  3. Exposure to national-level sustainability and policy discussions
  4. Opportunity to work closely with industry leaders and government agencies
  5. Professional development and learning opportunities in sustainability and circular economy initiatives
Why Join Us
