Job Summary

We are seeking a Sustainability Entry‑Level Specialist to support and drive sustainability initiatives that align with TT Global’s ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) objectives. The role focuses on IT operations, refurbishment processes, product lifecycle, and corporate sustainability strategy. Key Responsibilities
Sustainable IT & Reuse Operations
  • Optimise energy consumption in TT Global’s data centres and refurbishment hubs.
  • Promote renewable‑energy usage and green computing practices.
  • Support the design and management of reuse and refurbishment programmes that extend product life cycles.
E‑Waste & Circular Economy
  • Develop and manage e‑waste recycling and take‑back initiatives.
  • Collaborate with vendors on circular‑economy models and ensure compliance with e‑waste/export regulations.
Product Lifecycle & Supply Chain Sustainability
  • Integrate eco‑design principles and assess product carbon footprints from first life to reuse.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on sustainability performance and monitor Scope 3 emissions.
Sustainability Reporting & Compliance
  • Track and report sustainability metrics such as device reuse %, e‑waste diversion, and CO₂ savings.
  • Support preparation of sustainability disclosures (GRI, CDP, SASB) and maintain ISO 14001 compliance.
Employee & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead internal awareness campaigns and sustainability training.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with TT Global’s circular‑economy goals.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Research emerging green technologies (e.g., AI‑driven energy optimisation).
  • Pilot new sustainability projects and benchmark performance against industry peers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sustainability, environmental, or circular‑economy roles (preferably in IT or manufacturing sectors).
  • Skills: Project management, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and ESG reporting.
  • Knowledge/Tools: Familiarity with life‑cycle assessment tools (e.g., SimaPro, EcoInvent) and IT hardware systems.
