Job description

We currently have vacancies available at our outlets in KL, Selangor, and Johor.

As we continue to expand our business, several of our outlets are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Expertly cut, slice, and fillet various types of fish.

Inspect the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used for sushi preparation and inform the Executive Bartender if the quality is below standard.

Prepare a variety of sushi dishes according to established guidelines for quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.

Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment to prevent food contamination.

Take regular inventory of food supplies and related products.

Report any issues with kitchen equipment to the manager on duty.

Sterilize all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before each use.

Communicate with wait staff to ensure special requests and food allergy requirements are met.

Sweep and mop floors of various types.

Dust ceilings, light fixtures, countertops, and loose furniture.

Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.

Empty trash cans regularly.

Wash and dry windows and glass surfaces.

Liaise with the line manager to ensure sufficient cleaning products are available at all times.

Report any breakages occurring during the cleaning process.

Inform the line manager of any repairs needed.

Soak and clean rags, bowls, dining tables and chairs, as well as kitchen workbenches.
