ANS Medica Sdn Bhd is a specialist in medical equipment for public, teaching and private hospitals, which are integrated with site preparations and constructions. ANS Medica Sdn Bhd is registered with Ministry of Finance (MOF) & Medical Device Authority (MDA) which authorize us to do business directly with government hospitals and Ministry of Health for tenders excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Johore, Malaysia for a Support Specialist. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring prompt resolution of client concerns. Additionally, the role involves assisting in maintaining system functions, providing product training to clients, and improving overall service efficiency. The Support Specialist will work closely with internal teams to report issues, recommend improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly address client questions and resolve concerns
  • Technical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify and resolve system and software issues
  • Organization and time management skills for efficient handling and prioritization of client requests
  • Team collaboration capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools; experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, biomedical, biomedical engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience accepted
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Johore, Malaysia and adapt to dynamic work environments
