The Job Description
- Develop and execute supply plans in alignment with demand forecasts, financial targets, and service objectives.
- Collaborate with demand, commercial, sales, and finance teams to support replenishment and distributor planning.
- Translate planned orders into production schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers to maintain supply continuity.
- Monitor aging inventory, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
- Support S&OP processes, including capacity planning, availability assessments, and labour planning.
- Maintain master data accuracy and ensure planning system integrity.
- Provide KPI reporting on working capital, inventory turns, and service performance.
- Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Planner should have:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
- Experienced in supply chain or planning roles.
- Proficient in SAP system and Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
