A logistics and inventory management company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional to oversee the entire inventory flow, from inbound goods to outbound shipments. The role involves optimizing warehouse layouts, coordinating shipping schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries aligned with sales forecasts. The ideal candidate will enhance efficiency, supervise event operations, and support retail activities. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for anticipating customer demand and executing promotions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inventory flow from inbound goods to outbound shipments.
• Monitor stock levels, apply FIFO procedures, and maintain optimal inventory for B2B and retail.
• Organize and improve warehouse layout to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate shipping schedules, transport partners, and third-party warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support demand planning by aligning warehouse operations with sales forecasts.
• Track and follow up on deliveries to ensure accurate and on-time fulfilment.
• Work closely with sales and retail teams to anticipate customer demand.
• Plan and execute retail promotions, roadshows, and supermarket fair activities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise promoters; provide on-site support to ensure smooth event operations.
