About the Job

In this position, you will be responsible to lead end-to-end supply chain and production planning, ensuring inventory, logistics, and order fulfilment are optimized. You will drive process improvements, digital initiatives, and collaborate with sales and operations to improve OTIF and overall performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain and production planning, including inventory control, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Implement planning frameworks and best practices to improve service levels, cost efficiency, and inventory optimization.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and strong OTIF results.
• Lead process standardization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver individual and departmental KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/supply chain management or any relevant industries
• 6-8 years of experience in supply chain management within process manufacturing industries.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems)
• Excellent communications skills
