Supply Chain Manager (Procurement, Production Planning, Warehouse)

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager (Production Planning, Procurement, Warehouse)

Salary Range: RM 8,000–RM 10,000 per month

Role Description:

• Responsible for new material development, sampling, and related data collection.
• Develop qualified suppliers based on purchasing needs; conduct inquiries, cost analysis, and price negotiations.
• Follow up on contract execution, registration, and filing.
• Monitor raw material market trends and adjust procurement strategies in a timely manner.
• Formulate annual cost‑down plans and implement price reduction measures for special projects.
• Handle material FCST, stock preparation, ordering, delivery, reconciliation, and payment requests.
• Assist in handling supplier delivery and quality issues, including claims follow‑up.
• Manage warehouse materials, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain in/out records.
• Develop production plans, collect and review monthly material demand planning data.
• Provide regular production progress updates to headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5–10 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing; procurement experience in the electronics industry preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with good verbal presentation ability.
• Excellent observation, judgment, pressure resistance, and execution abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, meticulous, and highly responsible.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
