Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and logistics operations.
  • Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across the full supply chain spectrum, including Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics.

This role is responsible for defining and aligning the overall supply chain strategy, forecasting demand, planning capacity, managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory, and ensuring efficient material flow to support our retail operations. The manager will drive cost control, service reliability, and operational excellence through structured planning, strong supplier partnerships, and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, process‑driven, commercially minded, and confident in managing both people and systems in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Operations Leadership

Define and execute the overall supply chain strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Ensure end‑to‑end alignment across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.

Forecast demand, plan capacity requirements, and ensure material availability to support operations.

Continuously improve supply chain processes to enhance service levels, reduce cost, and minimize operational risk.

Develop, implement, and enforce robust SOPs, internal controls, and best practices.

Lead sourcing activities including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and partnership value.

Monitor market pricing trends and drive cost‑saving initiatives without compromising quality or service.

Ensure procurement governance, compliance, and alignment with company policies.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

Ensure optimal inventory levels to balance stock availability while avoiding excess or obsolescence.

Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, stock control, and dispatch.

Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.

Monitor slow‑moving, obsolete, and expiring inventory and implement corrective action plans.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee logistics planning, shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and route optimization.

Ensure timely, accurate, and cost‑efficient deliveries to outlets and internal departments.

Track shipment progress and resolve delivery issues to minimize disruption.

Monitor logistics cost and performance to drive continuous improvement.

5. People & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics teams.

Define KPIs, review performance, and promote accountability and operational discipline.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Outlet teams to support business objectives.

6. Reporting, Data & Insight‑Driven Management

Prepare and present supply chain performance reports including inventory health, supplier performance, logistics efficiency, and cost trends.

Use data analytics to support business decision‑making and process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

More than 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or procurement functions.

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and logistics operations.

Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.

Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.

Hands‑on, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
