Responsibilities
  • Establish an optimal master production schedule (3–24 months), including demand forecasts, capacity analysis, and resource allocation, aligned to the S&OP process and business objectives.
  • Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, facilitating Supply Review, Demand Review, and Monthly Business Review meetings to drive cross-functional collaboration and informed decision-making.
  • Ensure customer visibility and delivery commitment by managing supply plans against SLAs, monitoring quantities and timelines to achieve high service levels.
  • Monitor and manage supply chain KPIs, implementing reporting and root-cause analysis to continuously improve service, cost efficiency, and quality.
  • Maintain optimal SKU inventory levels across the supply chain to balance product availability, cost efficiency, and working capital.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and SAP system utilization, ensuring compliance, operational transparency, and effective use of integrated systems.
  • Lead and support supply chain projects at platform and regional level, including Finance integration, life cycle management initiatives, and cost-saving projects.
  • Ensure compliance in logistics and distribution, aligning processes with customs, trade, regulatory, and GMP requirements to minimize risk and maintain quality standards.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with 5–7 years of functional supply chain experience.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred, with knowledge of regulatory and GMP requirements.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional fluency in Chinese and/or Malay is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, and execution. Proven project management skills, with ability to drive life cycle, cost-saving, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong capability in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across local, regional, and global teams.
  • Skilled in business scenario planning, problem solving, and operational decision-making. Strong business networking and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrix environment.
