A global industrial company in Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to optimize supply chain performance through month-end reporting, KPI tracking, and cost analysis. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and requires 4-6 years of experience in supply chain analytics or finance. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive environment.
You will provide financial and operational insights to optimize supply chain performance. This role focuses on month-end reporting, cost-saving initiatives, KPI tracking, detailed cost analysis by SBU, dashboard development, and ad hoc analytics to support continuous improvement. You will report directly to Senior Finance Partner, SC APAC.
Prepare Month-End Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely logistics cost reporting, perform variance analysis, and ensure compliance.
Track Cost-Saving Initiatives & Projects: Maintain project tracker, validate savings, and report progress against targets.
Track Countries' KPIs: Consolidate and monitor operational and financial KPIs across APAC countries, benchmark performance.
Detailed Cost Analysis by SBU: Provide granular cost breakdown, analyze cost drivers, and support SBU finance teams.
Develop & Maintain Dashboards and KPIs for Logistics Cost Performance: Build dashboards, maintain KPI definitions.
Provide Ad Hoc Analysis Support for Process Improvement Initiatives: Conduct deep-dive analytics and recommend automation solutions.
