About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support our end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Supplier Management
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery from vendors.
- Monitor delivery time, cost, and quality.
2. Inventory Management
- Plan and maintain optimal stock levels to support business and avoid shortages or overstock.
- Monitor stock movement, slow-moving and aging items, and initiate replenishment when needed.
- Work closely with logistic and warehouse team to ensure accurate stock records and cycle counts.
3. Logistics & Fulfilment Coordination
- Arrange inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders.
- Track and follow up on shipment status to ensure timely arrival.
- Coordinate with logistic and warehouse team for picking, packing, and delivery schedules.
4. Order Management
- Process and review sales orders (SO) to ensure completeness and fulfilment accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to meet delivery commitments.
- Manage returns, replacements, and after-sales logistics activities.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports (inventory, shipment, fulfilment KPIs).
- Analyze operational performance to identify gaps and recommend improvement actions.
- Support S&OP planning with demand and supply data inputs.
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all import/export and shipping documents comply with regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate records for audits, finance, and operational review.
- Adhere to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Assist in improving workflow efficiency, reducing operational costs, and enhancing supply reliability.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline processes and strengthen supply chain performance.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Serve at least one (1) year working experience in supply chain or related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
