Job description

Firerex is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in supply chain, purchasing, and logistics.

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead time, and payment terms.
  • Follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Support basic negotiation on pricing and terms, with guidance.
Import/Export & Logistics Support
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners for shipment arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing import/export and customs documents.
  • Monitor shipment progress and flag delays or issues for resolution.
Inventory & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with basic stock planning.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation (POs, DOs, invoices) is properly recorded and filed.
Cross-functional Contribution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing and logistics with project needs.
  • Take initiative to improve processes, reduce delays, and support the team’s objectives.
  • Participate in team discussions, problem-solving, and reporting when required.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
