Overview

Drive Efficient Supply Chains – Join Us as a Supply Chain Executive!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about end-to-end supply chain management?

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to manage procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehouse activities, ensuring timely material availability and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement orders, cost, delivery, inventory control, logistics operations and warehouse management to meet production and sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement managers, and production teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Assist in developing logistics plans, material forecasts, and adjustments based on production needs.
• Assist in contract negotiations with suppliers and customers to ensure stable supply and competitive pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate management and proposing strategies to optimize flow.
• Perform warehouse management, work closely with warehouse assistant to ensure quantity, value are tally with system and meets Finance requirement.
• Review and update ERP system data related to planning, inventory, and procurement activities.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Support import activities into Malaysia and export from China, ensuring trade compliance.
• Knowledge of the LMW license. Previous working experience with custom officers and agents will be an added value.
• Prepare supply chain documentation and reports to support quality and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System within supply chain processes.

Qualifications

Working Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, and warehouse management roles.
• Preferably with import/export and LMW license exposure.

Education

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Essential Knowledge & Skills

• Good knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, logistics operation, and warehouse management.
• Experience with import and export processes, and maintaining/renewing LMW license.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays, and respond to calls during off working hours.
• Strong ownership and responsibility.
• Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is an added advantage.
