A leading recruitment platform in Malaysia seeks a Supply Chain Analyst/Assistant Manager to build and automate dashboards for key KPIs and manage reporting. The role requires strong skills in Excel and Power BI along with a degree in a related field. Responsibilities include consolidating data, optimizing warehouse performance, and analyzing vendor and procurement processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to supply chain improvements and work with cross-functional teams.
Build and automate dashboards for key supply chain KPIs and management reporting.
Consolidate and analyze monthly data from subsidiaries for trends and cost insights.
Evaluate warehouse layout, utilization, turnaround time, and support optimization plans.
Perform inventory analysis, investigate variances, and monitor slow-moving/obsolete stock.
Track delivery performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
Analyze PR/PO data, vendor performance, and support procurement category initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams and ensure data accuracy while applying continuous learning.
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query are required. Basic SQL/Python is an advantage.
Familiarity with supply chain processes (warehouse, logistics, inventory, procurement) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365 preferred).
