Join the ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' as a Supplier Quality Engineer in our Tampoi Johor office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our supplier products and services to meet our high standards and customer expectations.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures for supplier materials and services
• Conducting supplier audits, inspections and assessments to identify quality issues and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions
• Providing technical support and guidance to cross‑functional teams on supplier quality matters
• Analysing quality data and generating reports to track supplier performance and identify trends
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure supplier quality goals are aligned with business objectives
• Staying up‑to‑date with quality standards, regulations and best practices within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a supplier quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Proven ability to develop and implement quality systems and processes
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of quality management tools and techniques, such as SPC, FMEA and 8D
• Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools
