Job summary

Job description

Planning, scheduling and managing workforce to ensure production/casting schedule has been followed and target was achieved satisfactorily.

Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently,

Standing supervision and work closely with QA/QC department in maintaining a good quality of products.

Identify roof causes of production problems and develop corrective action to prevent recurrence.

Managing inventory levels and coordinating with store/purchasing staffs to ensure raw materials & cast in items are available according to the schedule.

Preparing daily casting report/ tool box meeting

To ensure workers are adequately trained up to perform their works.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment at production floor.

Identify and reporting unsafe practices in the production floor. Ensuring company safety rules and regulations are implemented.

Any other job function assigned and new responsibilities may be added as and when necessary from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum two (2) years related experience in Precast Concrete manufacturing.

Knowledge in concrete repair & safety regulations is an added advantage.

Candidates with site experience will also be considered.

Independent, good leadership and problem solving skills and able to meet deadlines.

Knowledge in basic computer is required.

Note: 6 days work week (Alternate Saturday).

Working Location: Beranang, Selangor
