Responsibilities

• Assist and lead in daily operations of the printing shop.
• Supervise sales, marketing, design, and production activities.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high service satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and resolve issues.
• Ensure smooth workflow, from order confirmation to production and delivery.
