About the role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Supervisor to support the daily operations of our kopitiam-concept restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in leading the service team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Supervise floor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
  • Ensure service quality and compliance with SOPs
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic service issues
  • Assist with staff scheduling and daily duty rosters
  • Support cashiering, opening, and closing duties
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and management team
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Supervisor or senior service crew in F&B
  • Able to lead a team and work hands‑on on the floor
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Responsible, punctual, and reliable
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Chinese‑speaking candidates are preferred due to operational needs
  • Open to Malaysian candidates only
