Become the Supervisor Housekeeping at the Ming Star Hotel & Travel Sdn Bhd in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. This full-time position plays a crucial role in overseeing the hotel's housekeeping operations and ensuring a consistently high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and oversee the daily housekeeping activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring of the housekeeping team
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and all hotel facilities are meticulously cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution of housekeeping-related matters
• Implement and enforce housekeeping policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Provide training and support to the housekeeping team to develop their skills and knowledge
• Manage inventory, ordering, and replenishment of housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
